Jerusalem & The Obama-nation

In a recent poll taken in Israel 60% of Israelis say they don't trust President Barak Obama. Another
5% of Israeli Jews say Obama supports the Israeli position. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin
Netenyahu and the Israeli position is a united Jerusalem, the capitol of Israel. The Obama
Administration position is a two State solution with E. Jerusalem as a Palestinian capitol. Obama
spoke to 3,000 guest at Cairo University in Egypt in which he he said, "I will speak the truth as the
Koran says". He than quoted a koranic verse that describes Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed
praying together, implying that Jerusalem should be the capitol of all three religions. He opened
his speech by greeting the Muslim world with "Salam Alacham" which is Arabic for "peace be
unto you" and reminded his audience of his Muslim background, a fact he went to great length
to hide during his Presidential campaign. President Obama stated he will pressure Israel to
"end the occupation" of Judea and Samaria, the so called "West Bank" and for Israel to halt
settlements. The Jewish prophet Joel some 2600 years ago spoke of this time when the nations
will push for a land grab. in Joel 3:2 it tells us God will not tolorate anyone who divides His land he gave to the Jewish people. God says he will judge all nations in the valley of Jehoshaphat who
come up against Israel, (Joel 3: 12; 14). In Joel 3:16-17 it tells su God wil defend Jerusalem and
destroy the enemies who come up against her, Zechariah 12:2-3 and 14:2 tell us God will defend
Jerusalem and make her a "cup of trembling and a burdensome stone". A cup of trembling,
meaning God will make Jerusalem a cup of intoxication, God will make the nations stagger like
drunken men who attempt to take Jerusalem. He also says Jerusalem will be a burdensome
stone. God will make her so heavy that none can lift he up and carry her away. During a recent
visit to the White House President Obama told PA President Mahmoud Abbas that "Jerusalem
will be yours" Obama wants to make peace with the Muslim world at Israel's exspense, and sit
down with terrorist Islamic nations with no conditions. The Arab world wants Jerusalem in their
possesion, and the Jews driven into the sea. Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times in the Bible,
it is not mentioned in the koran at all, not once. Jerusalem is the most holiest site in Judaism, in
Islam it is the third most holiest site behing Mecca and Medina. Jerusalem is so insignificant to
the Arab world, that when they pray in Jerusalem their backs face Jerusalem towards the east,
Mecca. In Ezekiel 8: 16 it tells us;
And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD'S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple
of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs
toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces towards the east; and they worshiped the sun
towards the east
Jews always pray facing Jerusalem, Daniel 6:10 tells us;
Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows
being opened in his chamber towards Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day,
and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime
Jerusalem is no holier to Islam as a clogged toilet is to a plummer, the goal is to take Jerusalem
and destroy the Jews. Ezekiel 38-39 and Pslam 83 describe a future Arab invasion of Israel in
the last days. The next event to happen will be the Rapture of the Church. Following that event
will be Daniel's seventieth weeks of prophecy. Following that event will be the Revelation or the
second coming of Christ back to this earth. The Lord Jesus will return to fight with the nations
who gather in the Jezreel valley (Campaign of Armageddon), and those nations march south to
Jerusalem to fight at the battle of Armageddon in the valley of Jehoshaphat, (Kidron Valley).
That valley seperates the Mount of Olives on the east from the Temple Mount on the west.
Jesus will step on the Mt. of Olives and will wipe out Israel's enemies and he will reign for 1000
years. Jerusalem will be the capitol of planet earth with Israel as the head of the nations (Ezek
5:5; Jer 3:14; 17). I believe the present Obama Administration and it's antiIsrael policies is not
only an "Obama-nation" but is indedd setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled. All we
can say is MARANATHA! even so come Lord Jesus
